Statistics show that nearly 20% of the population in Zambia is
under 5 years old. The infant mortality rate is 203/1000, ranking
15 on the world's worst list. (1993 UNICEF)
Along with malnutrition, malaria and other common causes for death,
HIV/AIDS is fast spreading among children through pre-natal
transmission and breast-feeding. Friends of Gracious invites you to get involved in
helping alleviate the situation in Zambia. You can do so by either
